Ladies and gentlemen, checking the PMC database for previous match history for FCNL I only notice now that FCNL do not really play 5s games.

For me, playing this game FS equals playing 5s games, while of course I play other types if I am needed. But without 5s games for me FS is boring on the mid and long term.
To remind, I was in the winner squad in neutraliZ when we played in the 510 Funsies tournament and generally, 5s rocks the boat for me

Do you guys see any chance in changing this within FCNL?
I mean playing more 5s in the future? What is FCNL standpoint in playing 5s games? I would even volunteer to organize 5s matches myself within FCNL if the reason of less 5s matches is that there is no-one to organize them.

yh exactly .....i dont see anything wrong wid 5as.......the argument that 5as takes us nowever does nt make any sense........and nt playing 5as hasnt made us better team .......5as is fun.....i m up for it

I personally ain't a fan of 5's, BUT they are good to train passing.

5s is good , But The problem is i'm kinda used to Bigger pitch but it's a good idea

Is that an official and final statement from FCNL?
I want to know seriously because I do not want to be stuck in a PMC which is not playing 5s'.
If Lions really do not intend to play 5s' I will resign my application.

Sure thing and I will be eagerly awaiting the official answer/statement, while I still envision myself playing a lot of 5s' as FCNL (Trial ).

It is close to impossible to explain, mate - as you REALLY dislike 5s', I REALLY like them, and even more than that ^^
It's personal preference, choice - nothing to explain there, innit?
However, lemme try...: while playing 5s I truly enjoy this game, I feel like I am flying; hard to explain
Whereas, while playing 7s I am like "meh, mmkay, when's the next 5s??"
Interestingly I like playing 11s' more than playing 7s' but still far from playing 5s'.

For me, the ideal way to go as FCNL member would be playing 70% 5s PMC matches and 30% other types.
In turn, what would be the percentages FCNL could guarantee me?

Expecting 70% 5s, is an utterly rediculous notion. We are not a 5s pmc. We compete in a 7s and 11s format, and we have large enough member base to not rely on a major percentage of our games to be 5s. I, as a coach and player, do not oppose 5s. Though I think using D1 chars in 5s is redundant, if only amusing, most of the time. I believe a format that allows around 10% or less of our matches be 5s. With 60-70% 7s annd 30-40% as 11s. Ideally so we can do 5s when there are not enough on/ last resort. To keep our chops in 7s and to push our cohesion for 11s.

Tl;;dr 5s should be an allowed option, but never major priority and mainly as a last resort.

yh gotta agree wid zeke.....our main priority shud be 7as or 11as.......that aside i see no harm in playing 5as..... well tbh if we have enough players for 7as or 11as then trust me we wont be doing much of 5as.....and we are a active pmc so we usually have like 5-7 players online in the evenings......i m gonna be honest wid u we enjoy 7as or 11as more than 5as mate......no official statement is required for that
