Compared some of the other trialists, this guy is a gem.

This is a management's decision.
Respect it.
If u have some issues about it let your feelings known in members thread please.
This is not the correct thread to tell us who should we trial and who should we not(for members).
Those who r on trial can pm any coach on irc and discuss such issues.
