It says Re-trial so I guess u dont have to.Just keep ur mouth shut,although I personally love u the way u are!

I would request all re-triallists to commit a new application. Bear in mind, if you are being re-trialled, it isn't another excuse to kick you out of the door, but more likely an expectation of you to drive back to the heights you have shown before. Keep working hard, and all the current re-triallists will pass with flying colours, I'm certain of it.
