FCNC re-opens

After a long hiatus, FC Nemean Cubs is officially re-opening its doors to promising youngsters.
The club will be run by me as manager, and Francism and Aggeloss as coaches.
The levels applicable will be 0-59, and when the players turn 60, the management will decide whether to promote players to FC Nemean Lions or to release them.
Cubs players will not be traditionally available to play for FCNL. However, if the coaches spot a particular gem, they will have their status elevated, and those players will be available for some FCNL games too. FCNL players, on the other hand, will be freely transferred between teams, to provide invaluable tips and experience to the young prodigies.

In light of recent happenings. Is this movement still going, or has it been placed on the back burner? I've tried recruiting players several times, though I seem to lose them in the application process. I don't get how they don't understand considering you need to register an account to get onto FS, but hey, I tried.

I'm not volunteering, mainly because of my playing time issues and such. It just seems to have started up and lost momentum right out of the gates. I just don't want some of the more excited players to leave because of feeling of being left out. Plus I know of at least one other pmc which will be heavily recruiting the same low level players soon enough.

tl;dr Point is this. Is this going to continue, and do we have the people to flagship it considering one of the main movers and shakers is incommunicado until at least summer if ever again. It just seems there might be some frustration about the lack of action and I just want us to be aware that it needs some love and affection or it will die off.

The real tl;dr: Not enough action is happening in cubs. Make it happen, or we lose our prodigies.

I do agree, definitely about the losing them in the app process. I myself will (hopefully) never leave here. But I do feel that cubs need more players, and we need to actually play. Before we lose our players. Like we lost Pinkyy who is by what I've seen a good player. SAVE OUR CUBS

There is no issue with the app process. Plenty of other pmc's have the exact same process. Its just that they are too lazy or there is a language barrier (seems to happen to me the most). Stupid South Americans with their Spanish and Portuguese.

What I meant was that they don't apply. Not that there is an issue with the application process.

i may be wrong but i dont see much of the fcnc coaches these days except bulletin......they have to be more active

and recuit some moar members...
